Coatema's embossing calenders impress by their large power spectrum.

Due to an upstreamed printing plant, they can be used for embossing as well as for dyeing at the same time.

They dispose of several adjustment possibilities for the manufacturing of different substrates and end-products. The surface of the material is heated up to the embossing temperature by running through a heating roller and an infrared field with adjustable temperature intervals. Vertical rollers and a special filter guarantee an exactly smooth contact pressure, which is approx. 60 t.
