The Standard Coater is a coating aggregate that facilitates the cost-effective realisation of the first steps in the area of roll-to-roll coating. This unit combines roller knife and air knife with two knife forms and is available in working widths from 1.200 mm to 5.200 mm. This is how the user can applicate larger coating weights in the well-known Coatema-quality as well as minimal coating weights like e.g. in the case of airbag coatings.

Versatility from the beginning. The Standard Coater can be delivered in EEx as well as in IP54, with different versions of the coating roller like e.g. chrome-plated or as rubber roller or with a manual or a motoric gap adjustment.

Pneumatic quick ventilation and massive layout of the roller bar with correspondingly designed pneumatic cylinders to keep the knife in the precise position even with larger coating widths. As part of the Coatema quality, these items go without saying.

Like all aggregates, the Standard Coater can also be equipped with a rubber belt or be retrofit with a lacquering unit.
