Universal and economic performance are the main characteristics of Coatema´s laminating plants for this area. They join different substrates by using water- or solvent-based media.

As the laminating process can be realised in three different ways (pressure lamination, air or gap lamination), these plants satisfy allrequirements regarding precision and way of functioning.

In the case of pressure lamination, the material is pressed into the substrate. The gap lamination is realised with a preset thickness of the gap which enables the user to choose the required laminating pressure without changing the thickness of the material. The air laminating method is realised by two height-adjustable carrier rollers and is recommendable especially for the fine laminating of senstive substrates.
