Coatema´s printing plants are space-saving and easy to operate. Beside the compact construction, the easy exchange of the printing rollers has also been taken into consideration, which facilitates the frequent change of design without problems.

The printing plants are applicable for deep-printing of 2-8 colours. Each printing station is designed as one unit and the colour application rollers are separately and continuously adjustable. The drying oven is equipped with a steel conveyor belt and thus safeguards the ideal unstressed transport of the printed material. The repeating pattern is computer- controlled and computer-monitored. Adjustable pre-dryers can be precisely preset and facilitate the use of water-based and solvent-based printing colours.
