Short charachteristic - Basecoater

The Basecoater is a constantly roll-on-roll coater, which was designed to coat reproducibly substrates and chemistry with a mass as low as possible.
With a working width of 200mm up to 500 mm, the basecoater can be used for different substrates such as textile, foil, paper and non-woven. The coater was designed to offer maximal flexibility for reproducible trial-parameters.

Instead of the consolidated construction the Basecoater disposes of a modular Coatema application changing system, foularding, laminating, an efficient electric-heated dryer and a SPS-control system and so it disposes of all components of a big coating line. All this for a excellent value of money.

This is why the basecoater is often used by customers of yarn coating or belt substrates.
