Forget your ideas of pilot coaters. This revolutionary concept is far away from the fixed processes of an ordinary pilot coater. Instead of only one you have a wide range of single components, which can be connected as you wish (Click&Coat™).

With the modular coating systems of Coatema, you can assemble your single components to get the process you wish and you have an almost infinite variety of process alternatives. The control technique and the flexible cabling were specially designed for Click&CoatT.

The new Coatema Click&Coat™ pilot coater can be assembled from a selection of over 25 modules that can be combined in a variety of configurations to deliver a pilot line to meet the most demanding performance requirements.
