Short characteristic - Deskcoater

The Deskcoater was the first pilot coater of Coatema 10 years ago and is still a track record. The idea is to construct a pilot coater on a working width of 500 mm, so that all processes like diving, coating, laminating, calendering are possible using one coater.

Due to the revolutionary deflection roller in the dryer whereby the dryer length is 3.000 mm, the Deskcoater fits in existing labs.By the deflection roller in the dryer, a further advantage results: The operator can see the coating process at the front part and can check the result of coating at the same time, because of the rewinder, which is also at the front part of the coater.

So you just need one person to run the whole coating machine.
