Short characteristic - Easycoater

The easycoater is a discontinous high tech coater coating pieces. It is available in different sizes, such as A4, A2 or A3, but it is also available in special sizes. There are 2 basic versions:

1. For textile processing, the substrates are held by needles
2. for foils or other materials, the substrates are held by a standard vacuum table or for special applications they are held by high-precision table, like e.g. for pulling membranes.

All easycoaters are motorized and have strict settings of coating parameters, like gap and angle of the coating system. They can be fitted with a knife, a silk screen process or slot bead dies.

Easycoater are perfect for newcomer in coating or for high tech factories with small output at the beginning.
