The Hotcoater is a pilot coater used for the application of different adhesive systems. Thanks to its changeable modules the Hotcoater enables setting in hotmelt slot dies, heated roller coating systems but also powder scattering systems. With different laminating systems like e.g. roller laminating, flat-bed lamination or belt calender it is possible to produce different end-products.

UV connecting systems or new technologies can be integrated into the concept of the hotcoater. The Hotcoater is available in following working widths: 200, 500 or 1.000 mm.

Examples
