The Linecoater is a pilot coater, which makes it possible to run coating processes, roller-by-roller, very close to the manufacturing scale. Especially the 3.000 mm drying section, which can be connected in an arbitrary length, the huge number of modular changing systems for coating and the multilateral input possibilities for different substrates convert the linecoater into a pilot coater for big scale. Integrated process control as well as integrated thermal oil makes the system become a space saving solution.

The huge number of layouts for various technologies, which Coatema has developed in the last few years, offers versatility in the development of new coating and laminating solutions, which is absolutely unique.
