The Verticoater is a pilot coater used for the double walled application with different application systems like e.g. roller drive systems, doctor blades, slot bead dies, impregnation.

The vertical drying system with different dryer length different layouts and an intelligent hot air flow on the top of the deflection, guarantees ideal coating and drying results.

The Verticoater can be equipped also with a calender and further units like edge cutting. It is available in the following working widths: 200, 500 or 1.000 mm.

Application e.g.: textile, foil, paper, lithium polymer batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries and hydrogen fuel cell membranes.
