COATEMA has already constructed 38 different application systems. You can see the most important ones here in a schematic diagram, some of which you can find depicted on the right. No matter for which coating purpose and plant conception - we have the adequate application module for foils, textiles, paper, non-wovens etc. for continuous coatings as well as for the coating or laminating of sheets made of glass, metal, cardboard and other materials. Exemplary Coating Systems
Coating films with thickness of under 1 µm can be achieved with COATEMA´s 5 roller system. This application is used e.g. for the production of siliconized papers.
Double knife system - a COATEMA development to do two coating processes in one step. The appropriate COATEMA dryer has either a tenter frame or a flotation dryer is used.
Knife coating system for prepag material
Powder scattering units are used for the application of powdery materials, e.g. carbon powder for ABC protective clothing.
Multifunctional plants: Technologies used here: Roller knife, foulard, roller application system and lacquering unit.
