COATEMA offers a broad range of mixers and dissolvers that can be custom made to meet our customers' most demanding requirements. In addition to application systems and the coating process itself, the composition of the recipes and the preparation of the chemistry are of vital importance.

The volumetric capacity ranges from 5 liters for the smallest unit for lab like the Coatema Easymixer to 20 liters like the Coatema Labdissolver and purposes up to 1.200 liters for large production mixers.

The mixers are often fed by a hopper which can at the same time - with the corresponding filter insert- be used as a filter, adequate to strain out unwanted elements or conglomerations of raw materials.
