(“next”)has acquired key assets of Coatema Coating Machinery laying the foundation for a close strategic alliance with newly founded Düsseldorf area based nextCoatema Technologies GmbH (“nextCoatema”)in Germany.
Together, both companies share a clear vision: not only to preserve the proven coating, printing, and laminating technologies but to lead them into a new era through clear synergies and combined innovation power.
